Auction time!

Yesterday Montrealapisto, another hobbyist and I went to the auction in Ottawa. This is what I got:

Baensch Atlast vol. 1
Nano 10 canister filter (new)
C. wendtti green (huge plants of about 20 cm high!)
Lysimachia numularia
Pelia (Monoselenium tenerum)
Corkscrew valls
HC 'cuba' 2 pots
dwarf hairgrass 1 pot
A large bag sold as java moss but in reality it was Pelia

Last but not least: 4 juvenile Betta imbellis!

The next auction is the last Sunday of April here in Montreal. Let's see what that one brings...

Nice collection of things you brought home. Good plants section too. I do love auction time. I am heading to my first spring auction on Saturday April 12th. I will be selling and most likely buying. lol

Good going on the Atlas, a great book. I have the first 4 volumes now, and haven't found too much that isn't in there. Lots of good photos too.

Only if Ottawa was closer. And I am sucker for nice plants and often come home with more than I really needed. lol

Yes, it was a pity you couldn't make it. I am sure you would have loved the variety of plants there. The HC and dwarf hairgrass I really wanted so I made arrangements beforehand with a guy I had traded with already last year.
